Nine months.
Real proof.
Our Tacloban City pilot was a controlled experiment in a real community. The data below shows what happens when verified Filipino workers get a fair platform.
From ₱15K to ₱112K in 6 months.
That's a 135% monthly growth rate — not because of marketing spend, but because the demand was already there.
The platform is solving a real problem at scale. Supply (workers), not demand, is currently our growth bottleneck — a 25:1 customer-to-worker ratio proves it.
Workers across 11 categories.
Note: workers may hold multiple TESDA NCs across categories.
Why Tacloban?
We're a Tacloban-born team. Trabahadoor was built by people who grew up watching skilled neighbors — carpenters, electricians, beauty pros — struggle to find steady work despite having TESDA certifications.
Tacloban gave us an ideal pilot environment: a real city with diverse skill demand, but small enough to learn fast and iterate. Unlike Manila or Cebu, our learnings here translate directly to other Philippine cities and municipalities.
In March 2026, the City Government of Ormoc unanimously passed an ordinance to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with us — our first official Area Partner. Negros, Cebu, and Northern Mindanao are next.
"Made in Tacloban" isn't a tagline. It's the reason this works.
What customers actually say.
"Ate Brenda was so nice and organized. We were able to sleep soundly and not worry about any mess because they've thoroughly cleaned the place."
"I booked an aircon cleaning service through Trabahadoor and had a great experience. The booking process was easy, the technician arrived on time, and the service was done efficiently and professionally. Our aircon feels much cooler and cleaner now! Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable home services."
"I enjoyed the massage! I felt comfortable and cared for. Additionally, it helped me release some muscle knots and relieve soreness. Thank you Trabahadoor for the Valentine's promo! I recommend this worker, and the Trabahadoor app :))"
